Since 2002, the data communication service of First Media, DataComm, has been trusted as the sole service provider of the Jakarta Automated Trading System-Remote Trading (JATS-RT) for the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Exchange Members.

DataComm continues to provide its services to corporate customers from a variety of sectors. As at year-end 2009, First Media DataComm service is used by 260 corporate customers with a total of 500 connection links in the Greater Metropolitan Jakarta area.

Our company has been awarded the WiMAX licences in 2 areas in Indonesia. For the rapid & effective implementation & deployment, we are looking for highly qualified team member:

Jakarta Raya - Citra Graha

  • Responsible for payment process on bank disbursement form and on Invoice – PO related coming from SCM/Vendors.
  • Responsible for reviewing completeness of supporting documents and authorized approval are obtained before payment processing.
  • Input DE for payment.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with A/P system.
  • Familiar with Banks accounts process (checks/giro/cash management) related will be advantageous.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through are a must.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good command in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player.

NOC Engineer (Code: NOC - WiMAX)
Jakarta Raya - Citra Graha

  • Responsible for doing the daily shift operation of network surveillance team
  • Responsible for the use of Standard Operational Procedures within Network Operations
  • Responsible for the use of Network Management System for monitoring status of whole network elements in all areas as well as other tools like TT system, etc
  • First line monitoring for fault handling and escalation to both internal (other dept, etc) and external (vendors, etc) for end to end support
  • Monitors the execution of Planned Work and coordinates the result to affected parties
  • Periodically generate network status reports that include routine shift reports, weekly report and monthly report


  • Candidate must have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience Should possess a university degree (full time graduate) in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT Engineering
  • Skilled in areas of wireless technologies of multi vendor environment (BTS, Radio access, Trans, Core, Provisioning, AAA, HA, etc).
  • Knowledge and experience in WiMAX technologies will be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of standard network services is expected (DNS, DHCP, NTP, TFTP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SSL, SNMP, etc).
  • Preferably experience in network management system

Technical Support (Code: TS - WiMAX)
Jakarta Raya, Banten

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic medium.
  • Identify, correct, or advise on operational issues in customer network and computer systems.
  • Remotely guide the customers through series of troubleshooting activities.


  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
  • Experience with hardware, sofware and networking issues.
  • Able to promptly answer support telated email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Having exposure in customer service area is an advantaged.
  • Willing to work in a shift schedule.

Field Support (Code: FS - WiMAX)
Greater Jakarta, Banten

  • Trouble Shoot Modem / CPE.
  • Assist and ensure the customer can use Internet services to the optimum.
  • Create activity report of field visits.
  • Doing escalation to the parties concerned.


  • Education High School / Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Field Technician experience of ISP / IT / Warnet
  • Mastering the Installation and servicing of computers
  • Mastering the Installation and configuration for Warnet Mikrotik
  • Mastering the Local Network Installation
  • Mastering the ISP Antenna Installation
  • Having a personal motor
  • C has a valid driver's license
  • Having a laptop
  • Preferably with domicile at Tangerang area & surrounding
